Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment:
•Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
•Conduct job postings, screen resumes, and interview candidates.
•Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
2.Training:
•Organize and facilitate on boarding programs for new employees.
•Identify training needs and coordinate ongoing employee development programs.
•Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
3.Payroll:
•Manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee compensation.
•Maintain payroll records and resolve any discrepancies.
•Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices.
4.Compliance:
•Ensure adherence to labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
•Conduct regular audits of HR practices to maintain compliance.
•Assist in the preparation of reports for government agencies as required.
5.Admin:
•Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and maintaining employee records.
•Handle HR inquiries and communicate policies and procedures to staff.
•Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
6.Record Management:
•Manage and maintain employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
•Track employee attendance, performance reviews, and other key metrics.
•Generate reports as needed for management review.
7.Bonus Administration:
•Assist in the development and implementation of bonus programs.
•Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of bonuses based on performance metrics.
•Communicate bonus eligibility and policies to employees.
8.Gratuity Management:
•Oversee the management of gratuity payments in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
•Maintain records related to employee eligibility and entitlements.
•Provide guidance on gratuity-related queries.
9.Leave Management:
•Manage employee leave requests, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of absences.
•Ensure compliance with leave policies and track leave balances.
•Communicate leave policies clearly too all employees.
10.Final Settlement (F&F):
•Handle final settlement processes for departing employees, including calculating dues and entitlements.
•Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and conducted in a timely manner.
•Maintain records of separations and exit interviews.
